Hi there!

I'm Haddock. I was a well-behaved classical pianist, flautist, and composer. I got bitten by the bluegrass bug after researching materials for Gravity Falls fanfiction. I got so excited by the Stanley Brothers and Earl Scruggs's picking that I abandoned my creative writing and raced for the banjo. Never been the same since.

I received degrees in linguistics and music composition. We can pretend this makes me "qualified" to talk about country music but it just means I'm susceptible to crying about dobros.
